| The most likely cause is that the computer you are trying to
use does not recognize the file type. All MSDS files are in a (.PDF) format and your
computer must have Abode Reader to view.

| There can be several reasons you are not
receiving search results. First, be sure your keyword was spelled correctly according to
the product label. Also, check out the Search Examples, Hints and Tips
page for more ideas. Second, items such as
food, drugs, and cosmetics are exempt from MSDS requirements. To see which type of
products carry an MSDS exemption, type in for the keyword. |

| You're doing everything right; you just
stopped short a step. The list comes up because you have to choose (by clicking) one of
the items from the list to view the MSDS. |
